131·4 months agoThe state should not be able to keep charging someone till they get it right. Thats the principal behind this dismissal. If the state can keep coming back to charge you we might as well be the Soviet Union.
From what I recall Whistle blower statutes in Texas only apply to state employees not private employees.
There is no one true capitalism.
That’s what they are trying to get rid of by destroying the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). That’s why at will employment law were passed to stop unions.
