  • Yep, everyone has to make adaptations, compromises and has to deal with things that are not ideal. However, this is often easier for neurotypicals than it is for neurodivergent and often on a less frequent basis. As in all things both have to make adjustments and both need to understand that the others have needs. The art is in finding what works for you, what does allow you to live your life in the best quality while limiting the impact on other peoples needs. Goes for everyone neurotypical or not.

  • Call the place, if it is infectious they put you on sick leave and you don’t have to infect all ppl at the doctor. If the sick leave runs out, most often 3 days or so mainly to get you to the next weekend. If the issue persists you got to them. Doesn’t cost anything beyond what you pay in taxes. Anything that’s more involved than the typical issues might have you go to several offices (general offices then to more specialised) until someone makes a decision on what it is and how to deal with it. Also no extra cost; those come when you have something that could be dealt with but is not needed. Like you will have a decent quality of life if they patch it every now and then instead of fixing it. Then you might have to pay for that special extra pls just fix it. At least that’s been my experience in Germany.

  • I like Oversimplified and Extra History, both are quite entertaining and I think they are both putting in great effort to make their content accurate.

I used to really enjoy CGPGrey but after too many flags and other things, I kinda just stopped watching that.

Kurzgesagt is a bit of hit or miss for me, I love their space and science-y weird questions but the more political stuff feels sometimes a tad iffy.

That’s mu personal take anyway and I know many might disagree. If anyone could provide the links that would be great I hate to use the YouTube app and in the web-Browser it’s a a bit of a pain.

  • I don’t think it is about the names or the naming logic itself. I have no clue about the EV’s names or what they can do but I do exactly know what a polo is and what it does. By attaching the polo name to the EV, I’d have an instant assumption that the car is just like a polo, does what a polo does in terms of internal space and equipment but now it’s electric. I believe they think by linking them to established names people will buy more of them and I am inclined to agree.
