No just don’t vote stupid people into governments who don’t have a plan and are just saying “turn it off at that point I am not responsible anymore so I don’t care if there is not enough renewables”

Yes I worked the last two years at University and the offices were empty almost constantly. I just didn’t get any connections to anyone and didn’t even know if the people could help my cause, since everyone had different projects and you just didn’t know what they are actually working on
Nuclear is also effectively ‘fossil fuel’ in the way that there are limited supplies if we can’t magically make new reactor types work. But if the whole world switched to nuclear tomorrow we have like a few years of uranium.
It still makes no sense that I can just log out take a screenshot log back in and share it. That’s the part that’s just a bit weird. It makes sense on s platform where not everything is publicly accessible
I mean I will never get why people actually watch graphics cards reviews. Just set a budget clock through 20 reviews and take the one that was mentioned most of the time. Watching a video with graphs and benchmarks is so boring
We need to stop using animals. Not extend it. I mean I really don’t get what’s so hard about testing if a product works on humans in the real scenario.
Why kill animals? It’s not like menstrual products don’t work. just keep buying the stuff that works more than others if the little difference between the testing fluids and blood are really existent.
And it’s not like the products would be better with blood testing. That’s not how capitalism works. It needs to work good enough to be bought with the biggest profit margin possible. So using blood for testing just creates suffering for animals for no reason other than you can put “tested with animal blood” on the box. I wouldn’t see that as a plus
The problematic thing is that the capital has the high ground in capitalism… Therefore it always tries to get those pesky rules removed by just threatening politicians through taking away jobs and industry to other countries with lesser worker rights for example.
