Need a sarb 017 right in the middle.
For $500 I would probably get a Tissot gentleman quartz and an Orient kamasu. Both watches would cover all your needs and maybe a small bit of change leftover.
For $300 and a bit shopping about you could get an orient kamasu and a g shock.
