I read another post of yours. I definitely would take some time to do some market research on those services, industries and target markets.

I would make a list of what you guys do the best and make a list of the market for each product. Is this service needed? By whom?

Then I would connect the two lists and see where those areas overlap.

I appreciate that you are encouraging others not to be discouraged/doing too much based on their fears and insecurities. Not knowing what they are getting into can be scary.

I feel like it is important to mention that people should be researching the target markets, industry and whether there is a market for their product/service. It’s important to see where your product/service would solve problems and address those pain points. This should be one of the first steps someone thinking about starting a business should do. This will minimize the fear of the unknown, reduce wasted money and time, and reduce (reduce not eliminate) the risks.
