It does matter how you treat people though.
I’m not here to downvote you or yell at you or make you feel bad in any way.
That’s awesome how well you’ve done, but I genuinely mean this with all kindness, you might look back and regret speaking this way about other people, your own customers.
Even if your feelings don’t ever change and you continue to just see the people as sheep, it’s better for your business and reputation to be polite anyway.
If you’re thinking “So what? This is just an anonymous throwaway account?” I wouldn’t be so sure, especially if you piss off the wrong person. Just be kind, even if you don’t mean it. That’s being a professional.
It’s always finding new clients. I’ve been at this 20+ years now, and it’s much harder now to find clients because the market is so saturated.
That said, the difference between overall success and failure is as simple as KEEP GOING. I got real close once to packing it in and getting a normal 9-5 again.
