Yeah there are many nice things about Japan but this and its whole court system are NOT one of them.

I will agree that the term “AI slop” is what massively popularized adding slop to things, but calling media slop to mean its just fast produced garbage to get stuff out the door with no talent/care/etc poured into it is why it was called AI slop. The term already existed. Wo things like friendslop make sense.
