I love how these rules football has created imply that the only people who can cause concussions are the defense. Their sneaky way of “proving” that is the completely nonsense “defenseless receiver” bit.
If they really cared, they’d flag the offensive line on every single snap. There is a reason 75% of players confirmed to have or suspect to have brain trauma are on defense.
I see they are finally being honest about the height of those two.
