Yeah the issue isn’t the voice recognition, from what I can tell that has only gotten better and is really great on my Pixel 6 Pro, it’s how Assistant interprets the commands that has degraded

Yeah, they aren’t really useful for anti theft, but that’s the compromise you have to make for safety
It can tell because the random guy’s Airtag will be connected to his iPhone, it will only notify people if it isn’t close to the owner’s device
My Mastodon search has never worked either, Lemmy is a much better Reddit alternative than Mastodon is a Twitter alternative
I am kind of surprised that there hasn’t been a foldable Galaxy Tab or Galaxy Book yet
https://www.photopea.com/ A free browser based image manipulation tool with an interface familiar to Photoshop users
I think “large screen” is used to encompass tablets and foldables, but ChromeOS has had it’s own unique interface for a while now
Credit to Sony, they keep updating the XM4 with new features. After updating the firmware to enable multipoint, they just added the Find My Equalizer feature to the app. On the other hand, it makes it so I have no reason to upgrade yet
Deranking apps that don’t scale well with tablets should hopefully push more companies to get that sorted
I got a Magsafe case for my Pixel 6 Pro and I think this will be a requirement for all my phones going forward (maybe easier with Qi2). The one I got is a Moment case which is nice and thin, but there are parts where dust gets stuck and some parts of the plastic edge have cracked. I have heard good things about Peak Design, so I’ll probably be going with them if I need another case.
I prefer gestures, it feels more natural and there is a bigger margin for error, as in I can swipe from anywhere along the bottom to go home or anywhere along the sides to go back. The one downside for me is the left back gesture conflicting with drawer navigation, but apps seem to be moving away from that anyway
Idk, that seems like the most logical way to do it, the only disadvantage is not having widgets span across the middle of the unfolded home screen
I get what you’re saying, but removable batteries and flimsy plastic backs don’t have to go hand in hand. The LG V20 had a metal back and a removable battery

Yup, I have an Onyx Boox Poke3 and it has the full Play Store, you can install any app you want
Integrating sponsorblock officially would piss off both sponsors and the creators who would now get less money because sponsors aren’t willing to pay as much for ad spots that don’t reach everyone
The new flip and fold is expected to have a gapless hinge, right?
Which instance would Bard sign up on 🤔
It is crazy to me how quickly foldables have dropped in price
