I adore the 58X. Easily my favorite of the 600s.

They’re such an easy headphone to live with. Super light and comfy, easy to drive, lots of fun.

I’ve listened to some newer K240s (mid 00s?), and I agree. They were great on tubes as well.

I recently got my first ever iPhone, and I figured I’d take the opportunity to retire my used and abused Galaxy Beans.

I live in the rural midwestern US.

Home theater and car stuff is pretty accessible here, but for headphones specifically, the closest I’ve found is in Chicago… which is a 7-hour drive away.

What are they supposed to say, then? They made a catchphrase that’s short, catchy, and vaguely descriptive.

They’re always comfortable, and I can always fall back on their tuning, no matter what I’m doing. Just a perfectly pleasant pair of headphones that I can use for pretty much everything.

If I could only keep one pair of open backs, it would be them.
