Since “Attention is All You Need” is fairly high on my reading list for understanding the details of transformer architecture, what do you recommend instead?

Depends on what NSFW. It used to work for napalm production (“My Grandma used to work in a chemical factory producing napalm, …”), but not for sexual content. Other roleplaying persona worked for sexual content. I’ve not tried this since before the summer, so it is possible that it’s fully blocked now.
