Psychologists are their own breed. They tend to be more patient focused then other specialties. Talk to a neurologist or surgeon and then a psychologist very different animals. Psychologists as a whole aren’t that interested in becoming rich (My wife is a psychologist). I own a soft dev company and being rich isn’t my goal either. Making money I think is a byproduct of doing good work.

Not sure how you would monetize such a small amount of followers. A micro influencer cam have up to 100k followers. I haven’t heard of anyone doing sponsorships under about 30k. Good luck.

As others have said you can export the emails to a file. They won’t individually be openable though. Also major thing DON’T DEPEND ON A FLASH DRIVE. If it’s just a backup fine, but please don’t use it as the only place the data is. They die randomly all the time.

The low hanging fruit would be just open up a private practice. You could specialize in stomach and liver cancer it would be a nice synergy for your disciplines. Consulting would be the next thing. Plenty of medical startups need a doctor on board for regulatory type things. You could look into your local startup community. Next there are some angel investor groups you could join (assuming you have capital to invest) into businesses.
