Early Access works when you have a clear and concise roadmap in where you want a game to go.

It becomes a grifting operation when you have a game that has no direction. 7 Days to Die comes to mind. That game spent so many years in early access, I don’t think it even left alpha stages. The developers basically went “yeaaaaaahhhh it’s been a while, we got their money, so we’re gonna release it”. I truly don’t think the developers really knew what to do with that game because every update they made, they’d take away something that was a good idea, next update, re-tool it, next update, fuck with something else.

Shit like this makes me throw in the towel of caring about politics. I don’t want to vote for anyone anymore. When nobody wants to hold active traitors accountable for their destructive actions, what’s the fucking point anymore?

I only took part of one class action lawsuit and it was against Facebook. I still look back on that and feel a little regretful. As is the essence of open source, Linux as a whole should fall to the community. The problem though is, there will come a point of disagreements with how things could go.

I would be upset at them as much as I’m upset for what the US is doing to those countries.

Because, dropping a nuke is a very exaggerated and an unnecessarily strong approach to send a message. Nuclear warfare is a thing everyone universally fears of happening, except psychopaths like Putin who’d resort to them if things don’t go his way.

They should understand that there are people in this country who didn’t want this regime, didn’t vote this regime and don’t agree with every action the regime takes. Nor does every american endorse and praise the actions the american government, past and present, has inflicted on the globe with racking up casualties through war and other proxy missions.

It’d be reckless, tone-deaf and outright stupid. Dropping a nuke, just one nuke, will bring us over the edge to that nuclear warfare scenario. Because the US WILL respond in kind.

The only thing that’s being “damaged” is some executive’s plan to lobby or to buy their 5th home. Not to mention their fragile ego.
