I’ve gone from loving young Harden to being frustrated with prime Harden’s playing for the whistle, to feeling sad while watching old Harden.

Long-term, he might be a bit like Duncan (or AD in his championship year): Starting at PF and playing a lot of his minutes there to preserve his body, but switching to center when it’s winning time.
Once this gets memes rough, he’ll average 7 free throws a game for a week, just to prove his critics right that it really is a “won’t” issue, not a “can’t” issue.
MPJ is a good player, but I think the Nuggets were hoping for better when they gave him that contract.
Not criticizing him. It’s amazing he’s as good as he is considering his health issues. Just an issue they have.
Lotta good defense here, but my overall take away is “wow, what long arms.”
Is the frame rate on this video a little weird?
This is going to sound stupid, but with this nagging wrist injury he’s dealing with, I won’t be shocked if he at some point starts shooting lefty in games some.
This is Christmas music in April, knowing god damn well the plan is to keep playing it all the way through new years.
Curry and Jokic would be so insanely synergistic.
It’s basically like if Jamal Murray were a top 10 player all time instead of a “probable future all-star.”
Remember that one year with the Clippers when he almost made the all-star game and the Clippers traded him?
I don’t think they’ll be the worst, but with all the missed games they’re already looking at, Grizzlies deserve a shout out in this thread.
Yeah. There’s seriously a world where Luka goes to the Knicks to play alongside his buddy, All-NBA guard Jalen Brunson.
I, along with many others, thought Luka was the obvious number one overall pick and as sure a bet to be a superstar as anyone who has entered the draft.
I was on the Giannis hype train since pre-draft.
I was early on Jokic, but not that early. His second year maybe I was thinking he could be every bit as good as Embiid or Towns.
I recently got downvoted for saying that Embiid’s game will age well. We’ll see.
Denver will be failed by its front office but might win the title anyway.
Luka is an interesting case. A lot of people
I don’t think the spin after the pass actually confused the defense at all, but it’s good for style points.
I thought Thomas Robinson was gonna be the perfect modern big.
I was really unsure about the Nuggets trading for Aaron Gordon.
I don’t think that’s necessarily a nephew take, even absent major injury. 3 years is aggressive, but in five years, sure, when Embiid is 34, there might be a lot of centers better than him.
