You’ve waited this long. If you’re going to hold it long term why not take your time and enjoy the process to figure out what you like. Stick with familiar top tier brands to keep it simple and spend just a little time researching it. Then it becomes personal, certainly more so than any advice received here.

If #3 is flexible, considering the Bulova Lunar Pilot is a candidate, then I’ll suggest a used Omega X-33 Gen 2. The case back is absolute killer for engineers’ hearts.

Otherwise a used mechanical Speedmaster Moonwatch would also be amazing.
