I used to live in a place where the internet was very fast, so I could use Arch Linux with its large daily updates without any problems. Then I moved to a place where the internet is very slow, and continuing to use Arch Linux is no longer an option. As a result, I switched from Arch to Debian, and the first thing I noticed is that I rarely have updates.

I’ll pick 5 genre (4x/building sim/strategy, RPG, Sandbox, Sport, and maybe racing) then choose the best open source game in each genre.

A very good closed source, mod-able game will be limited on what technology exist when it was made. While an open sourced game would have a lot of possibilities. It will count as an update, not a new game.

Definitely Indomie. Indomie Ayam Spesial (Chicken Special) can be eaten like what the instructions said, or, you can add almost any ingredients to make it better.

My favorite is Indomie Ayam Special with choy sum /cai xin and a beaten egg mixed with canned sardines.
