That’s a great question. I doubt he plays Friday. Hopefully he’s ready for Lakers on Tuesday.
So here’s my unpopular take:
Kerr won’t jeopardize his relationship with Klay for someone like Moody, who, despite occasional flashes of talent, is still refining his skills and excelling only in brief bursts. Coaches frequently emphasize the importance of providing prospects opportunities, but sustained performance is crucial for earning a permanent spot. As long as Moody consistently delivers on the court, Kerr will gradually expand his playing time, ultimately preparing him for a more prominent role. However, until that moment arrives, Klay will remain the starter and the finisher despite his struggles.
Their stock is low right now. Just look what it took to get Harden. They’re not getting protected top 10 pick for any of their stars right now.
Injuries change people. It’s not just physical. They could be scared to play hard and risk another long rehab.
Fuck it! I’m a ref fan, fam.
For Gil it’s either this podcast or driving all day around LA looking for things to do.
He was, for awhile when Durant was still working out his rust from sitting out most of last year. Playoffs Book was far more efficient and even in the season opener against Warriors, Booker looked much sharper, scoring and dishing at high rate while KD was kind of struggling that first game. However, after Book went down, KD took over and has been on a tear since. You can tell Book is still getting back into it, but when both are healthy, I don’t think they’re that far off.
What is the car version of Kawhi Leonard?
He practiced that answer all week long.
Not 180, but I did have 360 on Jason Kidd.
It takes an incredible amount of luck to get pass second round. Let alone WCF and Finals.
How soon until players tune him out?
If I was a young NBA prospect, I’d stay the fuck away from social media and fans in general.
One thing I’ve noticed is that refs often don’t get to see the same replays as fans do in the arena or on TV. Secaucus has their own editing team, and sometimes they don’t have all the angles, or they fail to produce all different angles to refs for review. That’s definitely something NBA can improve on.
Nah, Suns will go up 20 in the 3rd, then let you guys back in with 2 min left in the 4th, win by 3. 😆
At some point in 2010’s NBA decided you could dribble the ball, stop with both feet, wait for a second, and then make a step forward all while lifting your back foot and still not called for travel.
Growing up in the 90s, if I stopped with both feet and just slightly shifted one of my feet, I’d get whistled for travel. It was either shoot or pass. So yeah, watching him ballet and be praised for doing it is infuriating.
I like Kawhi as a player, but I loath that move because back in the 90s, it was called travel every damn time!
Not many people will understand this. You think Ray Allen leaving Celtics for Miami is a big deal. Euro Ultras could literally kill you for betrayal of moving to a rival.
