What are the odds that people comment before reading the article? Maybe we should open a betting pool on it…

Ctrl-f NSAKEY (sees nothing) — it seems the internet has forgotten the NSAKEY debacle https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NSAKEY

The article is written in a very terse style, but it does mention the dam happens to be (a) south facing, and (b) above the fog line, so it can produce in the winter when fog covers the lowlands. It also mentions that there is a bit of an albedo affect – the snow reflects some of the sun back up to the panels.

Some drop shippers/manufacturers-on-demand will report to amazon lowish inventory, knowing full well they can get a backorder filled in a day or two, and get the product to you within the same time frame. Or do it the other way – report that they have way more than they physically have on hand, but can make/backfill within their deadline – so their listing rises to the top.
There are so many games going on from all the players.

If he not that far behind God, I’m not sure I like that God. That’s not the God I was taught about.

I’ve spent the last few years building up an immunity to iocaine powder.

China is very quietly executing the “Never interrupt your enemy when they are a making a mistake” strategy.
“Oh, and we’re gonna need you to carry it up to Calvary for us too, k?”

I will preface by saying, I hate it so much, and fear the day we can no longer put TPM into ‘user mode’ and enroll our own keys for our own signed & authorized OS (on hardware we own, in our house, not in th cloud), BUT if you are building an operating system focused on gaming, performance, and security, implementing and securing trusted + measured boot so the hardware platform ensures all stages of the bootloader, OS + game are the exact code the vendor intended is the absolutely correct way to implement anti-cheat. Sketchy 3rd party kernel mode modules that rummage around your system reporting what to who knows who wouldn’t be needed at all in this environment.

Check out AMSAT-OSCAR 7 – Closer to home, but launched in 1974, and still waking up when there’s sun to operate. It’s the oldest “operational” satellite still up there. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AMSAT-OSCAR_7

I have encountered a windows update that refused to install with a mysterious error code. After searching through the logs, I discovered it was refusing to proceed because it found an installer for an old version of the Netware client (that wasn’t installed) that it knew was incompatible, in a non-common directory (C:\PreviousHardDrive\Backups). It was searching the whole hard drive against a database of incompatible programs.
I think you mean Broth
Actually, it’s probably at http://[fd00::1]/

Don’t forget about the kids!

Remember, within the first month of this term, he fired all the 5-star generals and other military leadership who would have had the wherewithal to pull this off.
Perhaps the trauma of being in detention made you unable to remember it? It’s really up to the prosecution/accusers to prove it, isn’t it?
