Why would someone need 750gb of storage?

Sure, but im using this setup only for downloading so it doesnt really matter to me. Everything works fine so i stoped tinkering at some point and i just let it work.

Use Joplin and you can stop searching. FOSS and multiplatform with selfhosted options, great sync and a lot of plugins to adjust it to your taste.
