This is true. But we pay for that someone to deal with it. Where I live it can be recycled, composted, or burned for electricity. Landfills are the last resort.

Tim Apple isn’t garbage, but he’s overstayed his welcome. I’m hoping Craig Federighi takes his place.
Just once in a Star Trek episode, I’d like to see the antagonist try to seduce a crew member and be told “you’re not my type.” The ENT episode “Rajiin” was especially ridiculous in this area.
It’s strange that Kohl’s is dying. Every time I go in there it’s full of customers with long lines at the checkout.
This reminds me of the recent Dune remake. It will probably be successful, but I’m content with my memories of the previous productions.
Apple recycles AirPods. There’s no trade in value, but you can bring them to any Apple Store, or fill out the form for a mail in label.
Do you like it? Getting decent range out of it?
That front windshield reminds me of a Pontiac Trans Sport from the 1980s.
Bing is still a thing. Bing offered Apple a boatload of money to be the default search engine in Safari. I’m sure Mozilla could make a deal with Microsoft.
I also wonder if they could just prompt the user to select a search engine from a randomized list, and then get paid from whichever service the user picks?
Some browsers sell placement spaces on the default start page to make money as well. It would be another revenue stream for Mozilla and it’s easily updatable by the user directory don’t want any of these default sites.
Aww. Gruber is mad he was left out of the loop and isn’t such an Apple insider after all.
Been watching Enterprise. It’s held up better than I thought it would, as long as you skip the theme song. I just wish they hadn’t xerox copied some of the episodes from other trek shows (crew has to be out in coma, crew possessed by non-corporeal aliens, nazi aliens).
I hope some of the ENT crew gets a shoutout in future Star Trek shows.
Are any polls legit these days? Seems like poll by cold call, text, or email/website would be skewed and a waste of everyone’s time.
I bet you might have a court case if you could prove that the dealer had disabled this advertising “feature” during your test drive.
Abstain or vote no on this budget. Don’t give an inch — vote no on anything detrimental instead of trying to bargain. Drag republicans through court cases for all these nonsense executive orders.
The deficit will only continue to rise over the next few years, because Democrats are “tax and spend” but Republicans are “spend and spend”. Republicans don’t believe in paying bills.

Depends on the market. There are much more affordable EVs in Europe that aren’t sold in North America. Like the VW ID.2 and the Renault EV 5 and similar Skoda EVs.
Kia used to sell a reasonably priced EV Soul, but they quit making it and now they sell the EV3 for over $10k more. Same scenario with GM and the Bolt.
I will be interested to see how much GM will charge for their updated Bolt when it ships. In the meantime you’re probably better off buying a used 2021 or later EV if you want affordable in North America.
Is that an 8-track tape deck? 😉
If you disconnect the car’s cellular network, do the ads go away?
Just put one of those “I bought it before I knew Elon was crazy” bumper stickers on it and continue to drive it.
