I’m running an agency marketed as a SaaS building custom Automation solutions with LLMs like ChatGPT. We use tools like Zapier/Make.com and help integrate any existing tools our customers have in their tech stack, or build an entire system for them in scratch. The benefits have been proven, saving our customer time/costs in their operations, as well as creating leverage for them to drive more revenue.
So far, my lead generation has simply been word of mouth, getting referrals through our current customers, and cold calling/emailing, which has a very low conversion rate. Currently I’m struggling with figuring out a sustainable marketing strategy. I currently have been trying to do a community based marketing approach, finding specific facebook groups/subreddits and pitching my services, posting content to create a pipeline of acquiring customers. However, so far it’s not working. Just need help either adjusting my current strategy, or hearing ideas on other recommended strategies that would fit better (content marketing, tweaking SEO, ads, etc.)
