are these people subscribed to you willingly? I mean did they click a subscribe button and confirmed subscription? what the analytics say? how many people visit the site a month or per year? in other words if you have real traffic from real people = money who are subscribed and you have that list of emails = more money.

Right now anyone can fake thousands of emails and generate fake traffic that is why am asking these questions.

last thing is if this site is legal. if is a porn site or something illegal you have nothing.
