Sounds like you’d be better off selling that stuff. I don’t hold on to unnecessary gear, if I haven’t used something in a couple months and can’t think of a use then I sell it. Sometimes people ask me if I have any old cameras/lenses they can buy/borrow, assuming I must have a lot of unused stuff, but I never have anything I’d be willing to sell.
I still have a couple EF lenses though. The EF 35mm f/2 IS; works great on my Canon R and I occasionally use the old film EOS cameras so still use it (I think those film cameras are the main reason to keep any EF lenses). And the other is the EF-S 55-250mm; mostly because I haven’t gotten around to getting an RF 70-200mm, but also because it’s still a great lens and works well on the Canon R despite being cropped. I also use it on my Canon M6 with the adapter too.
