It doesn’t have a strict “X mm” norms but reglaments a noice propagation. Of course it would take some calculation to translate it into millimeters of brick or concrete, but obviously ultra-thin bullet-penetrable walls won’t fit into this standard.

1732·8 days agoIn normal countries inter-flat walls are thick enough to easily stop a bullet.

Depends on the software part. If there will be freedom of compiling\installing arbitrary software then yes. I’m sure in this case it would be full of very interesting things in no time. But if it would be “fenced” like META does with their VR headsets, then those glasses would be almost useless.
