      I would argue deciding to wear this shirt publicly means the person has a mental condition that requires intervention whether sincere or not.

          It’s really not.
          The overwhelmingly massive majority of people never do that.
          Practically everyone is just trying to look normal.

              Next time you get groceries, count how many people are dressed normal, and dressed to offend as you say.
              Report back the numbers when you do.

                I do that literally every day. It’s called people watching and it’s a stupid habit I got from my mom.

                I live in a major city though. Maybe you’re someplace nicer.
