      The courts aren’t part of the government and officially the government shouldn’t be able to influence the courts decisions.

      Unfortunately we’ve seen that barrier weaken in most of the world recently.

      I don’t know what the situation on this is in France.

      Ah yes, the elusive “government” which apparently means every single public entity, court and governmental organ…
