I just don’t get how this guy is the apparent holdup in a Harden deal. What’s so good about him? Is he not just a role player? And an average one at that? I would get it if he’s some up and coming player but this guy is no better than average. I’m just trying to figure out the Clippers reluctance to trade him. It doesn’t make sense to me.

Clippers are trying to bust Sixers balls and offering lowest they can get simple. Obviously Mann cant compare to Harden.

No one wants Harden so Philly has no leverage. LA would rather give up expiring deals like Covington and Morris rather than Mann. Mann is good but nothing special.
I doubt that Mann is the issue here. Morey is probably asking for 3-4 first rounders and pick swaps on top, while lying about it to the media
Mann is not the main issue here. I see him as a good player but not one that I would want on my team even though he can hurt me on some other team. It is all about Harden and picks.
