Messi is blessed in terms of genetics, very professional, and also walks less than the keeper in a lot of matches he participates. His playstyle with nearly 0 defensive duties certainly helped his longevity

He isn’t Haaland, Mbappe or a random 9, he actually plays in the middle of the pitch and falls back consistently. I think the main reason he stayed healthy apart from being professional is because he could just dribble and move faster and more efficiently than anyone else so he just avoided being physically dominated by other players going after his legs.
He walks more than all of those. Messi has been noted to simply stand still or walk since at least 2014, after he got a few pretty bad injuries in a roll (culminating with Barcelona getting destroyed by Bayern Munchen in the UCL with him in the bench). It’s when he went from Gazelle 2012 Messi that sprinted all over the place to his current “energy-saving” form. This hit adds up, the man has run and has been fatigued significantly less than other players of similar age.
Extremely strong Core strength. Ronaldo has it and Messi has it.
Way more than that, lmao. All professional players have insanely strong cores, this is not special and will not be the difference maker to the degree we are seeing in terms of longevity.
In basketball. LeBron james and Steph curry have it too.
Irrelevant, take your sports that nobody cares about outta here.
Messi gets hit as often or even more and never picked up the same injuries.

Has nothing to do with the fact that he gets brutally tackled constantly.
I literally mentioned 3 factors that help him get injured less even when brutally tackled. Good genetics, professional, and less cumulative fatigue.

He’s smaller so people don’t hit as hard. People should have seen Ronaldo in EPL pre Madrid. He was getting hacked so hard.
That always seemed to be a mystery to me that messi is always so healthy. I would love an expert to chime in as to what the difference is.
body fortified by years of hgh
Because his body wasn’t producing enough of it like regular people.
Educate yourself.

And Neymar is Brazilian. The refs have different tanks in fouls when the player is Brazilian.
