No Draymond? I know he’s a douche, but come on now

Jason Kidd over Gary Payton. Kidd grabs boards, can guard wings, and has great communication and is able to take charges on 4s. Defensive anchor

Kidd clears Payton on defense. Neither should he top 10 though

Don’t sleep on Rodman. Dude could and did guard every position.

Some deserving guards who rarely get any love for their defensive prowess: Alvin Robertson, Sidney Moncrief, Dennis Johnson, Walt Frazier, Mookie Blaylock.

How is Dennis Rodman not on this list? His defensive impact assisted in a shit load of winning.

Pippen needs to be higher imo, guy was insane in defense, could cover anything, this list is leaning heavily towards centers. Also, Dennis Rodman is missing.

It’s not a bad list. Just a very big man heavy one.

I think it’s unique to the NBA that the all time leader in steals never sniffs defensive all time lists.

i also gave him a shoutout as one of the greatest rebounders ever, the disrespect is crazy.
So many people started acting like he was a bum after he and Kobe fell out, despite him being an All Star coming off a back surgery. He was also pretty solid with the Rockets and Hornets. I’m still mad he was left of the top 75. https://sportsfanbetting.com/nba/best-nba-rebounders-ever/

yeah he’s my fav player ever. that entire 2004 pistons roster was just a bunch of outcasts proving everyone wrong. Imagine if Ayton had the heart that Wallace had…

I love the Pistons! Although, the 1989 Bad Boys were the best team they ever had. Bill Lambert could rival any Ben Wallace, but I still think Ben is better.

Ben Wallace is probably the closest thing we’ve seen to Bill Russell playing in the modern NBA

I think the only defenders straight up better than him since 00 are dwight Timmy and KG. Davis would have a case if he did 7 playoffs like that last one, that was all time

Steph Curry should be there somewhere in the top 10. Any list without him is a bad list!
