Kyrie has the best isolation “skills” out of any basketball player in the nba, however, he’s 6’2, skinny and not even that quick and explosive hence these dudes are overating him.

If you were to put Westbrook size and athleticism with Kyrie skill he’d be better than Jordan but he lacks that size, strength and athletic pop.
