And then for some reason get involved in politics and take over the Mojave (be it for yourself or someone else).
Like… Why isn’t there a choice to just end the game after getting revenge on Benny? Maybe my Courier doesn’t give a fuck about the bigger picture.
Right?! Can’t a courier just roam about of their own accord, picking up random tasks, quick-saving chaos, and deliver the fucking mail as they see fit? Who’s to say that I’m the one to bring that region out of it’s post nuclear war, existential funk? I just wanna chit chat with the locals and avoid encounters with Cazadors/Deathclaws/Cook-Cook/etc.
I can’t believe sonofabitch would do that
I thought 76 was find your refund.
For me, it freezes out after 1 minute of gameplay, so much that i have to restart the system
There’s so much about Fallout 76 that pushes me away. The notion of wanting internet fuckwads (citation: Penny Arcade) sharing the digital space with me in that kind of game is a major turn-off before we even get to mechanics or setting.
I checked it out on PS+ since I have it, and it’s on the catalogue, and found it to be as fun as Fallout 4 with the exception of the lag. Even if you’re by yourself, the NPC enemies still rubberband hard and it’s just so irritating trying to shoot something that keeps teleporting around 5 to 10 feet at a time as it moves.
It really should have just been single player, or at the very least, had an option to play entirely offline so there’s no lag with the enemies.
Find power armor so you can clip into the launch room and nuke the same guy 4 times in a row.
1: find waterchip
2: find GECKThere, fixed it for you, by including the only two games in the fallout series that’s worth playing.
You forgot about New Vegas
No, I didn’t forget New Vegas.
You definitely did. Third part of the real Fallout.
Plus other Fallout games are still “worth playing”, they are a lot of fun, they just aren’t “real Fallout” games.
We’re arguing about taste, which is silly bordering on pointless.
I don’t think that any fallout game Bethesda has been involved with is worth playing. You may enjoy new vegas, and all the other shooters, good for you. I enjoyed pure turn based combat, where my success didn’t rely on my personal abilities to react and aim, but only that of my character.
