This is just awful drop defense. No reason to be that far up at that distance from the basket. Ironically, Philly and Milwaukee are among the last 2 teams that use drop pnr coverage primarily given their slow lumbering centers.

It’s a really good play design. No matter which way dame goes, Giannis can cut hard, and Lopez can pop. Dame has the triple option to shoot/drive, pass to a cutting Giannis, or kick to a popping wide open lopez. Other two bucks are ready at the corners. I love it.
