His draft contemporaries like Cade, Barnes, Mobley, Franz, Kuminga, Giddey, etc. have all shown improvements, but Green still looks almost the same to how he looked back in the G-League with his inefficient scoring and low basketball IQ. Did all those tanking years give him bad habits?
Jalen Green was drafted because of his scoring ability. He was an efficient 3 level scorer in the G League playing against grown men so people thought that would translate. Instead he’s inefficient across the board. The weirdest part is he’s pretty bad finishing at the rim (59%) despite being one of the best athletes in the league.
And the rest of his game has just not developed. He was a solid defender on Ignite idk what happened
