This isn’t specific to people getting killed by trucks, but here’s a list of all the mass murders that have happened in the UK , if you read it you’ll see that most of them were committed with bombs. You eliminated guns and people kept killing people en masse! What a shock! The UK and Australia also have socialized healthcare so you don’t need money to get help, it may take a while though from what I’ve heard.
