[Question]

I’ve got a Ball Watch (Ball Roadmaster Marine GMT) that has stopped running and needs to go for a warranty service. Ball has listed the following service centers:

WATCH CENTRAL - Great Neck, NY

Time Innovations LLC - New York, NY

Stoll & Co. Inc. - Dayton, OH

Has anyone here had any experiences with any of these shops? I’m a USA-ian but live overseas in Spain and the local Spain service center in Madrid simply doesn’t respond to enquiries. If not these, are there any service centers in the EU you could recommend?

Love the watch, really like the brand but this is the first time I’ve ever sent a watch in for a warranty service so I’m looking for guidance on my best options and smartest things to do. Like when I sent the watch, do I send it with the bracelet, or just the watch itself? Do I have to be concerned bout import/export duties on a watch being sent for repair and which is coming back to me?

I could really use some guidance and I would be grateful for any advice, tips or general knowledge you can share.
