I’m not sure why you’re getting downvoted. They need someone in the building who can maximize talent, or a GM who drafts players the HC can get the most out of. Riding with Desmond Ridder for this long is almost worthy of termination. Heineke is just good enough to save their heinies and play there way out of a draftable QB.
With competent play calling and an even average QB the Falcons would be totally legit. Bijan, London and Pitts are all extremely talented.
