There is a lot of mid in the East right now. Everyone from 4-12ish seems on the same level. There are some promising young teams like the Pacers and Magic but its hard to know if they’re for real. There’s underperforming veteran teams like the Heat and Bulls, and just decent playoff teams like the Hawks and Knicks
