I’m a new photographer and I see groups that have traveling models that pose in lingerie and bathing suits etc. I see you have to pay to shoot them which is not a problem but what do photographers do with the photos?

The photography community - or mostly the people who bought an expensive camera then went on model mayhem looking for naked girls community is pretty laden with creeps.

With that said, ou can make money off of this type of photography professionally if you shoot for fashion or lingerie brands and that sort of thing. Boudior photography is also lucrative. It requires professionalism, respect, and an ability to show a high quality portfolio of not just photography but retouching as well.

For starters It would help if all these GWC photographers would stop doing shit for free just to see naked women.

The thing is if you’re building your portfolio you pay for experienced models to work with. If you’re the more experienced of the two you would get paid. though it’s much more difficult these days for the second scenario.

Almost no photographers make money with this type of photography. Moat of the people paying to photograph these traveling models are into photography as a hobby.

Some of them might be able to create a portfolio and get some “boudoir” clients, but that’s rare.

If you’re looking to get portrait clients, though, I would not recommend filling your portfolio with this kind of work. If you want to work in the world of consumer photography, lingerie and bathing suit photos will not be the most helpful. Most of the clients will be families during some milestone in their lives, so that’s what I would recommend in your portfolio.

I make no money from photos.

I do them because I like. Mine started out with a love of wildlife and wanting to capture its images. I do shoots for free. I’ve had a couple of model shoots. They’ve bought me a costa and added my images to their portfolio.

How do photographers make money of Implied nude photos?

How do joggers make money of running around? How do people make money of watching sports on tv etc etc.

The truth is that photography is just a hobby, with a net loss of money for a lot of people. This can make it a bit hard/problematic to navigate if you are wanting to do it commercially as you often find yourself on two different planets when discussing photography with someone. They might be in the business of buying very fancy gear and take crappy photos of hired models while you might want to do something else. After a while you get better at spotting the marks that shows if it is a hobbyist or someone wanting to make money (both types are more than okay).
