Key excerpts:

The family had been staying with a relative in Los Angeles for the previous seven months after crossing the border legally for a court appointment through the now-defunct CBP One App to seek asylum in October of last year. They had been granted parole status in the U.S. while they waited for their day in immigration court.

"They were crying in fear. One of the agents at one point lifted up his shirt, which displayed the gun that he was carrying," Mukherjee said. “The 6-year-old boy was terrified to see the gun. He urinated on himself and wet all his clothing. No one offered him a change of clothing for many hours.”

The 6-year-old boy has been diagnosed with leukemia and has missed a medical appointment to be treated for worsening symptoms

The Texas Civil Rights Project says the family has been placed in expedited removal, which allows for rapid deportation without a court hearing. The family’s attorneys fear they could be deported before their lawsuit is heard.

What would you propose is an effective method of doing so? With masks, guns, and no uniform, I don’t even begin to know how you could discover their identity without being swiftly arrested for interfering with ICE.

Follow them from a distance. Gps their vehicle if you can get close enough. Volunteer to be one of them to gather info. I’m sure there are lots more ways. Some are obviously more dangerous, and a person should not do something if they think it is sure to fail.

Volunteering to be one of them will force you to be committing atrocities, in my opinion. I’m also not sure how to GPS their vehicle either considering that they are using work cars and most trackers like AirTags will report to nearby phones after a while to prevent stalking.

The issue that I’m seeing is this: ICE agent is doing bad things while fully masked. You follow or track them back to the station. They enter the station and disappear. A bunch of people in normal clothes come out at the end of their shift and go to their personal cars.

How do you know which one is the janitor and which one is the person you observed committing a crime against humanity?

Take photos before and as they leave. Follow the people leaving.

Everyone inside that building is guilty. Even the janitor.
