Leading the league in ppg at 32 on 51/38/75 shooting splits. Team is 5-1 with him on the floor and 2-3 without him. Truly an MVP caliber start to the season and no one in national media is talking about it.
Lets not forget this MVP play by Fox!!
that’s great an all but it’s barely start of the season chill I know your team hasn’t been great for awhile but act like you been there
Well. You all got to see him on ESPN twice this week. But you wouldn’t be able to tell since the announcers were just D… riding Lebron and Wemby. Fox is for real and if he stays healthy the Kings will have a very good record and he will insert himself into the conversation.
I’m as salty as anyone, but in both games they spent a LOT of time talking about how good Fox is. Second game, they spent a ton of time hyping up Saboner.
He’s a beast for sure
Yeah well hopefully he stays healthy. The kings are good and Murray is looking nice again this year.
Murray is clearly being coached heavily to prioritize defense which has been super fun to watch. Not shooting flames any more but wildly active on the other side of the court.
Im sure his offensive numbers are gonna come back. You can’t go from shooting 41% on 3s from 6.3 attempts to 28%. Kings offense gonna be even scarier once he starts getting hot.
I don’t know about that- Mike Brown has been on Murray’s ass to be more assertive offensively and take more shots, which he is. He’s just shooting really poor percentages the first 11 games of the season.
hali betta
He just came back like 5 days ago and had his best game of the season last night. Maybe have a bit more patience before saying “more people should be talking about it”
OP just taking Ls left and right in here lol
Well he’s trying to push someone who’s only played 6 games so far this year and seems weirdly defensive in response to people😂
Almost looks like Fox burner account
Fox and KD nothing alike bro
If 6 is too few to judge (it is), then so is 11. Fox is having one of the best seasons of anyone in the league so far. Missing 5 games with a sprained ankle isn’t going to decide his fate, the other 71 games will. Same goes for the rest of the field.
Probably because he has played just 1 more game than he has missed. If he keeps this up he will get attention for sure
Fox is out there looking like prime Drose
Prime drose but the way he runs and jumps looks more refined in a way to avoid future injuries
People said Shai dark horse MVP.
I’m thinking this dude is real dark horse MVP. He’s a 4th quarter demon.
Didn’t he win clutch player of the year last season?
yes, the inaugural. He turns it up in the ends of close games, basically takes over the Kings offense
He’s pretty automatic from the free throw in on that little floater he does. In a close game he’s looking for it every single time
I will always be torn on that Sabonis and Hali trade but if this guy keeps playing the way he has then that trade may go down as one of the most even trades ever done. The way Halliburton played since the trade always made me wonder if Kings made a mistake dumping such a great leader. But maybe this is the time Fox goes nuclear and shows he’s just as good running a team
Shai isn’t a dark horse anymore. All it takes is one Jokic injury and he’s one of the favorites.
Boooi
I don’t know. Those numbers are pretty pedestrian.
Kidding of course. Dude’s electric.
Another thing you should consider going forward for your own sanity is that the longer your formerly bad team is good, the less other fans are going to be excited about it, and at a certain point they’ll straight up start to resent it lmao
You guys are lucky the NFT shit happened when the Kings weren’t good yet bc y’all could be getting that Grizzlies fan experience
Wym we’re having a blast
He’s played 6 games bro
Not a Kings fan but live in Sactown and watch them a lot. This dude is a superstar and for my money among the more underrated players in the league. Not that people don’t acknowledge he’s good, but for how good he is he flies way under the radar.
