As of me, i don’t particularly hold a grudge against Ray Allen, whose three pointer still haunts some Spurs fans. Actually, he has always been one of my favourite players.
Nor i loathe Kawhi Leonard. Yes, his leaving has been harsh, but i can’t really hate him, he still did a lof for us and in the end we got a ring and some more competitive years. Not to talk about the fact that he did nothing with the Clippers, so it’s not that he damaged us further.
I would like to know if some of you like or, better, don’t hate, those players that are considered national enemies within your fanbase.
Mike Muscala. In fact, I love him. But he damaged us greatly.
Maxey would make that team even more fun to watch. Muscala might end up with a statue in Philly lol
Fuck Robert Horry.
Agreed.
I hate that smug mother fucker too. Hearing him talk about being a champion and having more rings than MJ is sickening.
My brother in-law acts the exact same way.
I agree
Was pretty salty towards Porzingis at the time when he talked shit about us on the way out, even though his brother was causing all kinds of issues.
That said, he’s said he regretted some of that stuff, and I’m honestly glad to see his career thriving the way we all thought it could. Wish it wasn’t in Boston but what can you do lol
Blazer fans have done a complete 180 on Rasheed Wallace. Fuck that dude lol
Whoa?!
Mature nuanced take regarding Kawhi
Vince Carter
He doesn’t deserve his jersey retired, that exit is still a stain on his legacy, but hate is too strong a word for the guy that got me in to basketball/introduced me to the NBA
Dislike is more fitting, I’d say
John Collins
I’m glad he’s gone, but I hope he does well…
Poole easily. He doesn’t seem like a bad person just a dumb kid which is understandable because he’s making 9 figures at 24
He’s set for life and has won a championship which he heavily contributed to so he’s already had a successful NBA career. I’m happy he’s gone after last season but I’ll always appreciate him for buying in for a bit and helping us win a championship
Westbrook
Boogie Cousins - Kings. He was such a problem but he was one of the few that stated that he wanted to be here when the franchise was at its lowest point.
LeBron. Don’t look at my flair.
Gilbert Arenas on The Magic. It was Otis Smith’s fault.
Steph
Kyrie
Fultz was a complete waste of a #1 pick but I still want him to do well. His problem was never lack of effort or shitty attitude, just a freak situation.
