I think I can get a small software company to the numbers mentioned in the title, what valuation would you put on a company like that? I’d like to ask for equity with my proposal.

    It’s a multiple of their EBITDA value. However at 15m I don’t think you will have any luck just asking for equity.

    If you did, you probably wouldn’t be on Reddit asking because you’d have a long track record of doing so.
