Probably a dumb question, but I want to take a picture of my project team at work in front of a 3 story office building. How can I keep the people normal sized but also get the full height of the building in the same shot?

Go fisheye, be ungovernable
Shoot the building the way you like it, then add them. Have them start closer to the building, take the photo, have them move closer to you…take the shot, move closer, etc. Rinse and repeat…
Shoot with a higher number f-stop so both your people and the building are in focus…f7.1? F8? Either use a powerful flash or shoot on a sunny day late in the day when the sunlight hits the building the best…

Ultra wide-angle lens or just stand far away so the building looks smaller from that distance.
Fairly long telephoto, building wayyyyy far away, project team somewhat closer, maybe halfway or 1/3 the way to the building. You stand even further back.
In the old days, staff would stand in front of the building from left to right (owner in the middle). You’d take the picture from across the street, with a lens that is wide enough to get the whole building. People will look normal sized relative to building, because they are.
Wider lens. People closer to the camera, building filling the frame in the background. A 35mm with your group together in the middle of the frame should do if you have enough room to back up for the three story. Otherwise you need something wider.
If you want both the building and your team sharp you may need two shots. One with the building in focus. The other with your team in focus. Then do a depth composite in post.
Unless you want to show the people regular size, as in to scale with the building. Then they need to be closer to the building and farther from your camera.
