    I love everything except the mic board with the speaker(from an installation/servicing standpoint). That worries me a little bit. I’m thinking you could print some sort of hinged track so you can mount the POE board that needs to be buried. That drops in first and swings down(maybe even a 45 degree if you have the depth, so removal is smoother). Then attached to the next track would be the speaker, magnet down, with a deflector or printed waveguide to route acoustics toward the opening? Then snap in the mic board the way you have it now. That way the whole thing can be recovered easily for servicing without cutting up the wall since you’re gonna mud it all in. Its always more difficult to install/service in the field than it seems on a test bench! But I love it all. Make some videos when you get things up and running. It is very exciting!

    Awesome job with the POE and wall mounts! It is even cooler that you are using your own software to manage everything! Keep the videos coming!
