Since this has become possibly a majority of the posts on r/Watches at times, I suggest creating another subreddit for watch identification, maybe r / WatchID or r / WatchIdentification. I’ve noticed that people seem to be growing frustrated with this “ID my watch posts,” and it might be easier for people who are into ID’g watches to have a separate subreddit to keep track of things. I think ID’ing a watch is just a separate category; it’s not about watches, it’s learning what the watch is so you can then talk about it.
