The table’s funny but it’s also not entirely fair. All of the teams that went through qualifying played several games against absolute minnows (Portugal’s qualifying group in particular consisted of nothing but fodder), while Germany have generally been playing friendlies against mediocre-to-good sides. Belgium, Ukraine, Poland, Colombia, Japan, France, USA, Mexico, Turkey, and Austria is a much more demanding set of games than playing Iceland, Liechtenstein, Bosnia, Slovakia, and Luxembourg twice each.

Slovakia is very likely better than Ukraine or Poland tbf. Not so much worse than Tukey, Austria and probably Mexico.
