    Surely that’s more to do with socio-economic factors being associated with crime and also lower socio economic areas to get worse water

      You’d be surprised. The lead paint and gas correlation holds up to what they’re saying well independent of socio economic status. Or at least it did when I studied this 20 years ago.

      I’m tempted to agree with you but then I think about all the crime that rich people do that we just don’t call crime in the same way.
