This discussion me of an award r/Barca and r/Soccer had when Messi was at Barcelona. MotMotM = Man of the Match other than Messi. He was always the best player on the pitch but other players deserved credit too.
MVP really needs to be split between QBs and everyone else.
MVQB isn’t a bad idea.
I’d go for OMVP and DMVP.

You might already know this since you brought up the title, but the CFL literally does this and it’s awesome.
It still ends up being a QB most of the time, but not literally every time like the NFL
