Also in the Hawks game right now at halftime he’s currently 3/5 from three including a 31 footer and 0/3 from two with 2/3 attempts being at the rim so that certainly won’t change this either lol
I wish everyone would understand he has a push shot so it may sound crazy but the further out he is, the better the shot for HIM. Even watching him, when he misses a couple then has an open look from 30ft+ he’ll overthink by hesitating and not shooting…
Is Trae shooting the best from 30 feet or more this season? 46% is crazy
I remember Jimmy Highroller made a video about how OP Trae would be if they ever made a 4pt line
If I remember correctly, his conclusion was that if there was a 4pt line at 30ft, Trae taking that shot would be the most efficient shot in basketball, which is insane.
He shoots the best or second best every year. Best 30ft shooter ever
HMM
There aren’t 7’0 giants trying to swat him at 30’ out. That’s a big part of it.
Makes sense, if I were in the NBA I’d be more likely to score from half court than at the rim.
🐐 Shit
Update:
Trae Young shoots 5/8 from three(62.5%) and 4/9 from two(44.4%) against the Wizards scoring 26 points in total on 9/17 shooting and 3/3 FTs
He made his only 30+ footer as well so looks like this stat might live another day lol
well……he’s like 5’11 so yea
This season on r/nba: Trae good, Pistons bad, Poole bad
not that crazy for someone who looks like he’s one of the scouts in Attack on Titan whenever he drives into the paint.
Need that floater to start falling. Quin’s offense leads to less lob attempts which I think might be affecting Trae’s floater. I hope he can adjust.
He’s gotta beg on his knees to get that scoop layup from Steph. If Trae could get that down he’d be just as good against bigs as Steph is.
Deanthony Melton ass stats
That’s my shot chucker
