They’re gonna be deadly when Mitchell comes back
He seems to be playing injured. But more than that, he’s completely out of sync with the offense. We cannot win moving forward if DM doesn’t learn to play more with the team.
They need to learn how to play with him. Like last year

So, maybe a dumb rule question, but, after this rebound Tristan Thompson spins away from the basket, dribbles once with both hands starting the dribble and catching the ball before passing if off to teammate.
Help me understand, is that a double dribble? If not, why?
That is a power dribble, and it isn’t a double dribble as long as his feet don’t leave the ground. It is basically a one time dribble that can be done, and is normally used by bigs. Not a common move though
